With over 30 years experience in logistics across large businesses including Whitbread, DHL and Bunzl as well as SME’s including Woodway UK. And before operating in various roles as a Manager and a Director, whilst leading teams from 2 – 200, I have had the opportunity to learn, innovate and find solutions to improve the experience for the customer. The last 12 years have been in the packaging sector, an area that has experienced significant change with the growth of eCommerce, increasing the importance of the packaging to help the customer meet their objectives. I have met and worked with so many great people across a vast amount of businesses and industries, that I would like to think, whatever the challenge, we can find a great solution to fit!

Claim to Fame
During a long weekend at a Marriott in Southampton, Paul Weller sat next to us at the bar after his Isle of Wight show. I was starstruck and only managed a few words before quietly slipping away.
Away from Work
I love the freedom cycling offers – just me, my bike, and the scenery, plus a fitness boost. With the kids now having left home, my wife and I enjoy gardening, walking (with pub stops), and exploring new parts of the world.
Fears
Large insects and animals in the garden. A giant spider making an appearance or a frog jumping out from underneath a bush has me running a mile!
