Lantech QL400XT Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper
The patented technology in the QL400XT enables operators to place a pallet on the machine, select the most suitable load profile, and start the wrapping cycle. The machine automatically calculates the correct load containment, ensuring safe-to-ship-loads™, whilst optimising film usage. Load profile selection can be done remotely with Click-n-Go®, enabling operatives to be more productive and higher throughputs to be achieved.
Unique features include Load Guardian®, Pallet Grip®, XT Cut and Clamp®, Lantech Intelligent Network Connection (LINC®), plus an optional Click-n-Go® Remote.
Lantech C-Modular Case Erector
Lantech’s Total Control System™ ensures the machine always has multiple contact points with the corrugated blank. From opening the lower-case flaps, to gluing, taping (or both), the level of control in place guarantees repeatability, a key characteristic in automation. In addition, the C-Modular range is easy to use, and simple to adjust between different case sizes. This simplicity provides maximum levels of reliability.
The C-Modular range can operate from 8 cases per minute, up to 30 cases per minute. With modularity and options to work with a range of different FEFCO style cases, in a range of different environments, all coming a 3-year warranty as standard, combined with Titan Packs bespoke corrugated consumables and expert guidance, this works as a very effective solution in packaging areas.


Lantech CS-Modular Case Sealer

Lantech ProfitPack
The concept is simple; products are transported along an upper conveyor to the operator, at the same time, a case is erected and transported along a lower conveyor, also to the operator. The operator then takes the products, and places them inside the case. Once the case is filled, the operator presses a button which releases the case into a case sealer, ready for palletisation or shipping.
Many packaging operations have 3 key components; case erecting, filling and case sealing. To complete these quickly, efficiently, and consistently, the ProfitPack can work at up to 10 cases per minute, which is many times quicker than manually conducting this work.


Lantech ParcelPack
The ParcelPack enables operations to benefit from a compact total solution. This results in easier to handle parcels, lower consumable costs (minimal waste in material), and can result in reduced shipping costs (minimal waste in space).
Trays as low as 20mm in height are erected in the TE-Parcel machine, then transported along a conveyor to an operator. The operator then fills the trays with products and presses a button. The filled tray now moves into the LA-Parcel machine, where a lid is applied. The complete parcel is then released, ready for labelling and shipping.
