My first nine years of proper work was in accountancy practice, where I cut my teeth on mostly financial due diligence with KPMG (including a sun-soaked stint in Australia). I then decided to join the real world and undertook various finance roles at multinational companies; embracing new challenges and broadening my experience. For the past seven years I’ve been navigating the colourful world of packaging, with spreadsheets in one hand and a desire to keep improving and working with amazing people in the other.

Claim to Fame
I was once given a sandwich by Jessie J at a children’s birthday party and I have sold cups of tea and a packet of crisps to Brian May and Anita Dobson. I also parked next to John Craven (the one and only of Newsround) at Wembley!
Away from Work
I’m happiest outdoors or with family, ideally combining both. I love endurance sports – after completing an Ironman in Australia, my focus is now on ultra trail running, with a dream of finishing a 100-mile race. My perfect day? A long mountain walk with family, ending with a beach sundowner.
Fears
Caving! The thought of crawling around underground in a confined space makes me feel very tense!
